Modernisation of the water supply station building in Biskupia Wola

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive construction and technical modernisation of the water supply station building and facilities in Biskupia Wola. The works include alterations and thermal insulation of the building, replacement of windows, doors and roof covering, creation of a chlorination room, construction or alteration of process, electrical, ventilation, water and sanitary systems, supply and installation of a new 35 kW standby generator, and expansion of the photovoltaic installation by 5.5 kWp. The works also include reconstruction of the deep wells and connecting pressure pipeline, underground water and sewer infrastructure, construction of a 200 m³ water storage tank and a 2 m³ chlorination-room drainage tank, and construction of roads, paved areas and fencing with a gate. The works must be completed within 28 weeks of contract signature, and the entire scope must carry a warranty of at least five years. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 60 months, and offering more than 84 months earns no additional points. Participation requires a PLN 30,000 tender guarantee and a mandatory site visit before submitting the offer, on one of the dates specified in the tender documents. The bidder must have completed at least two works in the previous five years involving the construction, reconstruction or modernisation of water treatment stations, with a combined gross value of at least PLN 4,000,000. The offer must also include the required list of ICT solutions. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide proof of liability insurance for an amount equal to its offered price and contract-performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price.
