Repairs to Bituminous Road Surfaces in the Municipality of Sulechów – Second Procedure

Summary

The tender concerns repairs to bituminous road surfaces in the municipality of Sulechów. The work includes patching with and without saw cutting, using cold mix and a recycling machine; levelling the existing base with a mineral-bituminous mixture; milling the surface; laying a 4 cm asphalt wearing course with a tack coat; and repairing cracks and potholes with bitumen emulsion and aggregate. The contracting authority will specify locations and quantities according to its current needs. The contractor must procure and deliver materials at its own expense and arrange safety measures, traffic management and waste removal. Existing road defects must be patched within two weeks of contract signature; patching ordered to meet ongoing needs is due within three days, and the other specified works are generally due within 14 days of receipt of the work instruction protocol. The contract ends 45 days after signature. The bidder must demonstrate at least two relevant roadwork contracts properly completed within the last five years, each involving at least 50 m² of work, and have the required machinery available. Evaluation assigns 60% to the gross price and 40% to an extension of the 12-month warranty by up to 24 months. All employees carrying out contract-related activities must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period.
