Renovation of the Sanok Regional Vehicle Inspection Station

Summary

The procurement covers renovation works in the vehicle inspection station in Sanok. The works include, among other tasks, demolishing about 112.72 m² of flooring and the reinforced-concrete slab and installing a new floor structure with a non-slip epoxy floor; renovating the inspection channel; removing and reinstating wall tiles and plaster; removing glass-block walls and filling the openings with masonry; and finishing walls and ceilings. The contractor must also remove and dispose of construction waste. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signing. A mandatory site visit must take place before the bid is submitted and must be arranged with the contracting authority in advance; bids from tenderers who have not attended will be rejected. The bid security is PLN 6,000. Price is the sole award criterion and accounts for 100% of the score. The works are covered by a 36-month warranty. No minimum financial, technical, or professional capacity conditions are set for bidders. The bid must include the required declaration confirming the absence of exclusion grounds and compliance with participation conditions. For contract performance, the contractor must appoint a construction manager holding full construction qualifications for sanitary networks and installations. Physical workers, drivers, and equipment operators must perform the specified tasks under employment contracts. Before the construction site is handed over, the contractor must provide evidence of liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000.
