Roof covering renovation at the IV General Secondary School in Rzeszów

Summary

The procurement is for comprehensive renovation of the 962 m² roof covering at the IV General Secondary School in Rzeszów. The work includes safely removing and storing the existing photovoltaic panels, support structure and cabling; repairing the roof covering and damaged layers; and installing a new roof covering and necessary insulation. It also includes fitting new sheet-metal flashings, gutters and downpipes, repairing chimneys and roof hatches, restoring the lightning-protection system, and reinstalling, connecting, commissioning and testing the photovoltaic system. Construction waste must be removed and the site cleaned. The work must be organised so the school can continue operating and pupils and staff remain safe, with particular care taken to prevent water entering the building. Personnel working on the photovoltaic system must have the required qualifications. Materials must be new and supported by the required certificates and conformity documents. The work must be completed within 60 days of handover of the work site. The tender must be submitted in Polish, with the required electronic signature, by 10:00 on 15 October 2026. A PLN 6,000 bid guarantee is required. Price is the only award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots, so partial bids are not permitted. Bidders must have completed at least two roof-covering renovation projects of at least 500 m² within the preceding three years. Personnel performing the specified work must be employed under employment contracts. The completion period is 60 days, and the contractual defect-liability period is 60 months.
