Reconstruction of the Liliowa and Brzozowa agricultural internal roads in Cisiec

Summary

The contract covers the reconstruction of the Liliowa and Brzozowa agricultural internal roads in Cisiec: a 693 m section of Liliowa and two Brzozowa sections measuring 330 m and 413.33 m. The works include, among other things, preparatory and surveying work, removal of existing concrete slabs, grading and compaction of the ground, construction of a crushed-stone subbase, a sand bedding layer and a surface of YOMB-type perforated concrete slabs, shoulders, surface-water drainage, two passing bays on Liliowa measuring 20 m long and 1.5 m wide, and site reinstatement. The project, bill of quantities and technical specifications set out the detailed scope and technical requirements. The works must be completed within 50 days of signing the contract; the minimum warranty and defects-liability period is 36 months. The procurement is not divided into lots, and a bid security of PLN 7,000 is required. Gross price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and defects-liability period for 40%. To qualify, the bidder must demonstrate at least one previous road construction project involving a bituminous surface and nominate a roadworks construction manager with the required qualifications. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide liability insurance with cover of at least PLN 500,000 and performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract value.
