Construction of supported-living buildings in Bobrowo

Summary

Gmina Bobrowo is procuring construction works for two detached, single-storey buildings with supported-living apartments in Bobrowo. Each building will contain four independent apartments for single occupants, adapted for people with disabilities, as well as shared bicycle and mobility-aid storage and a heat-pump room. The works include construction, finishing, electrical and sanitary installations. The contract excludes comprehensive landscaping around the buildings and a photovoltaic installation; external utility connections are included only to the extent listed in the sanitary works estimate. The bidder must price the complete works as a lump sum and use new materials and equipment approved for use in construction. The works must be completed within 10 months of contract signature; the deadline for tenders is 19 October 2026 at 11:00. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee is required. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and defect-liability period for 40%; the offered period must be 36–60 months, with periods longer than 60 months scored as 60 months. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price before signing. Bidders must demonstrate experience of at least one properly completed comparable construction contract worth at least PLN 1,000,000 gross within the previous five years and provide the three required construction managers. Workers performing specified trades must be employed under employment contracts during the contract.
