Conservation renovation of the outbuilding and site development at Lubomirski Villa – Stage 2

Summary

The tender concerns development of the grounds at Lubomirski Villa in Kochanów, Zabierzów municipality, as Stage 2 of the project. The works include demolition, placing overhead lines underground and relocating utility networks, outdoor lighting, roads, parking areas, paths and pavements, a park shelter, playground, small-architecture features and fencing, as well as landscaping, including planting and maintenance. The main works must be completed within 8 months of contract signature. The contracting authority may exercise an option for 12 months of greenery maintenance by notifying the contractor within 36 months of contract signature; the maintenance period will run for 12 months after the main works are completed. The bid security is PLN 20,000. Bidders must demonstrate the required experience and provide four qualified specialists. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the construction-works warranty period (40%); the warranty must be 36–60 months.
