Repairs to County Roads 1187G, 1304G, 1307G and 1327G

Summary

The tender covers repairs to four county-road sections in the Lębork area: road 1307G before the entrance to Wrzeście, road 1304G between Podroże and Charbrowo, road 1327G from km 3+640 to km 3+860, and road 1187G from km 10+280 to km 10+690. The work includes resurfacing and restoring shoulders. On road 1307G, the carriageway will be widened by 1.5 m over 450 m and an asphalt base layer installed. The other sections involve renewal of the existing surface, including a 4 cm wearing course, and construction or repair of 0.75 m-wide shoulders as specified in the project. The detailed scope is set out in the tender documents and bill of quantities. The work must be completed by 30 November 2026. Traffic must remain passable during construction; if the chosen method requires a road closure, the contractor must arrange a diversion and ensure schoolchildren can reach schools. Bids must be submitted in Polish. The award criteria are total price and warranty period: price is worth 60 points and a 36-month warranty is worth 40 points; a 24-month warranty receives no points. The bidder must demonstrate at least two properly completed bituminous road resurfacing projects within the previous five years, each covering at least 2,000 m² and worth at least PLN 100,000 gross, liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, and a construction manager qualified to manage road works. Certain machine operators and the driver must be employed under employment contracts; at least one worker must be authorised to direct traffic. No bid guarantee or contract performance security is required.
