Modernisation of street lighting in Sulejówek – Stage III

Summary

The contract covers replacing 80 existing sodium-vapour streetlights in Sulejówek with LED luminaires and carrying out the necessary electrical and connection works, including replacing supply cables and protective devices; two lighting control cabinets will also be replaced. The work includes 36 LED luminaires rated at 50–55 W and 44 rated at 32–36 W. The luminaires must meet the technical requirements in the tender documents and be ready for future smart control; control modules and the control system are not part of this procurement. The work must be completed within four weeks of contract signature. Employees carrying out the electrical work must be employed under employment contracts. Bidders must provide a PLN 1,000 tender guarantee and demonstrate the required insurance, experience, electrician qualifications and access to equipment. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 48 months, and periods up to 60 months count in the evaluation.
