Successive supply of cleaning and janitorial products

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of cleaning and janitorial products to Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The goods include protective and household gloves, cleaning cloths, mops and accessories, brushes, buckets, waste bins and various types of refuse bags. The detailed product range, quantities and technical specifications are set out in the tender’s product schedule. Goods must be new, packaged and authorised for sale in the European Union. The procurement is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not allowed. Deliveries will be made against orders for up to 455 days from contract signature or until the contract amount is used up, whichever occurs first; the first order will be placed within 90 days of contract signature. Each order must be fulfilled within no more than 7 working days of the contracting authority. Delivery is at the supplier’s cost and risk to approximately 50 university units in Toruń, Piwnice and Bachotek. Around 350 deliveries are anticipated, but quantities are estimates and payment is made for goods actually delivered. The contracting authority may exercise an option to increase the order value by up to 20%. The required warranty period is at least 12 months. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). To qualify, the bidder must have completed or be completing at least two deliveries of cleaning and janitorial products during the last three years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 120,000; a bidder operating for less than three years is assessed over its period of operation. A delivery list and evidence of proper performance must be provided. The bid must include the completed product schedule naming each offered product’s manufacturer and product symbol, the required conformity documents and product descriptions, and physical samples of specified products. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish and include declarations addressing exclusion grounds and the participation condition.
