Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path and small architectural features at Dojlidy Water Sports Centre

Summary

The procurement covers construction of a pedestrian and cycle route at the Dojlidy Water Sports Centre in Białystok, between the paved area in front of the sauna and the footbridge to the island. The works include sections paved with concrete blocks and crushed stone, composite-board walkways, benches, loungers, waste bins, bicycle racks, tables with benches, and lawn planting. The works must be completed within 42 days after the site is handed over; handover is scheduled for 1 March 2027. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit before submitting a bid; failure to do so results in rejection. A minimum 36-month warranty and a PLN 6,000 bid guarantee are required. Evaluation assigns 60% to price and 40% to the warranty period.
