Breakfast catering for guests of the BOSiR Hotel in Bialystok

Summary

The contract covers preparing and serving buffet breakfasts to guests of the BOSiR Hotel restaurant in Bialystok for 36 months. The maximum quantity is 12,550 breakfasts, but the contracting authority may order fewer; the hotel reception will notify the final quantity for each day by 6:00 a.m. Breakfast must be served from 7:00 to 9:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 10:00 at weekends. Each breakfast must provide at least 700 kcal. The buffet must include, among other items, several kinds of cold meat and fish, cheeses, breakfast cereals with milk or yoghurt, salads, cottage cheese, yoghurt, fresh vegetables and fruit, three hot dishes, at least three kinds of bread or bakery products, spreads and honey, coffee, four kinds of tea, at least two kinds of juice and still water. The menu must meet the tender-document specifications, items must be replenished whenever they run out, and ingredients must be within their use-by dates. To provide the service, the successful bidder must rent 274.35 m² of restaurant space in the hotel building and enter into the lease before signing the public contract. The bid must state the monthly rent for the restaurant premises; payment for catering will be based on the actual number of breakfasts ordered and the unit price per person. The tender guarantee is PLN 5,000. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate the required previous restaurant-service experience and submit the required declarations and evidence.
