Food and catering services with rental of restaurant premises at the Taira i Leliwa Centre

Summary

The procurement covers food-service and catering services for 12 months at the Taira i Leliwa Centre in Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland, together with rental of the centre’s restaurant premises and kitchen. The contractor will prepare and serve breakfasts, lunches and dinners for individual guests and organised groups of at least 10 people, provide coffee breaks and catering, and serve events at the centre or elsewhere as directed by the contracting authority. The work includes food preparation and transport, provision of suitable service staff, cleaning and care of the premises and used tableware, and coordination of menus. Fresh ingredients, food-safety and HACCP requirements, special diets and children’s menus must be taken into account. Services will be ordered according to actual demand, and payment will be for services actually delivered. The minimum guaranteed order volume is 10% of the contract’s net value. Meals are free for children up to 3 years old; children over 3 and up to 10 receive a 50% reduction from the adult meal price. A 20% discount applies to meals for organised groups and catering for the contracting authority’s employees. The contract runs for 12 months or until its maximum value is used, whichever occurs first. Offers are evaluated on the gross price of food services (70%) and the net monthly rent for the restaurant premises (30%); a net monthly rent below PLN 10,000 results in rejection of the offer. To participate, the bidder’s principal business activity must be restaurants and other food-service establishments (PKD 56.10A), and it must have completed at least two food-service or catering contracts during the preceding three years, each worth at least PLN 50,000 net. At least one contract must have run continuously for at least one year. Before signing, the selected bidder must provide evidence of liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 and enter into a separate lease. The offer submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
