Construction of a changing-room and sanitary facilities building with technical infrastructure at the Czajków stadium

Summary

The tender covers construction of a building with changing rooms and sanitary facilities, together with the necessary technical infrastructure at the sports stadium in Czajków. The works include demolishing the existing building, constructing the new building and a refuse shelter, external works, and installing heating, water and sewerage, ventilation, air-conditioning and electrical systems. The building has a volume of 922.45 m³, a footprint of 224.55 m², a gross floor area of 374.40 m² and a usable floor area of 198.12 m²; the refuse shelter has a footprint of 24 m². The works must be completed by 30 November 2027 at the latest. Within the last five years, the bidder must have duly completed at least two building construction, modernisation or reconstruction projects, each worth at least PLN 500,000 gross, and must provide at least one person with the required construction management qualifications for structural and building, sanitary and electrical works. A bid security of PLN 20,000 is required. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and additional warranty for 40%. Under the draft contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the tender price and maintain civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000 throughout the contract.
