Design and installation of street lighting at 17–19 Azotowa Street

Summary

The contract covers the design, supply and installation of street lighting near buildings 17–19 on Azotowa Street in Chorzów. The contractor will prepare a technical design for an approximately 120 m new lighting line, agree it with TAURON Nowe Technologie, replace two solar-powered lights with grid-powered LED lighting, and install three luminaires, including an additional pole and foundation if required. The work also includes the necessary electrical and installation works, testing, removal of redundant solar-lighting components, and preparation and submission of as-built documentation and a geodetic as-built survey. The work must be completed within 8 weeks of contract signature. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%); a 36-month warranty is the minimum, while 48 months earns 20 points and 60 months earns 40 points. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total gross offer price. No tender guarantee is required.
