Supply of an ambulance for patient transport

Summary

The specialist hospital in Brzozów is procuring one new Type A2 ambulance for patient transport. The vehicle must be fully converted for ambulance use and include the required medical compartment, warning systems, oxygen installation, stretcher and stretcher transporter, and additional medical equipment. Technical requirements include, among other things, a Euro VI diesel engine with at least 120 kW of power, specified vehicle dimensions and equipment, and compliance with EN 1789 or an equivalent standard. Delivery is to the buyer’s premises within no more than 60 calendar days after the contract is signed. The bid must comply with the technical specification and include the completed offer and technical-parameters form and required declarations. No separate turnover, experience or staffing thresholds are set. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, delivery time for 20%, and the base vehicle’s mechanical warranty period for 20%. Delivery within 45 days earns 20 points for delivery time; delivery in 46–60 days earns 10 points. The mechanical warranty must be at least 24 months with no mileage limit; 24 months earns 10 points and 36 months or more earns 20 points. At handover, the supplier must provide the required type-approval, 10G dynamic-test and EN 1789 compliance documents, as well as CE documentation for medical devices.
