Supply of a Used Light Fire Engine for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Wola Idzikowska

The procurement covers the supply of one used light fire engine for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Wola Idzikowska. The vehicle must have been manufactured in 2014 or later, have no more than 20,000 km on the odometer and have a gross vehicle weight of 6,000–7,000 kg. It must have a rear-wheel-drive 4 × 2 chassis, a turbocharged diesel engine of at least 2,900 cm³ and 120 kW, and a six-seat cab. The vehicle must be roadworthy, legally permitted for road use, complete, inspected and ready for rescue and firefighting operations; it must be registered in the emergency dispatch system and be free of defects and third-party rights. The vehicle must have a fire-service body and pump, with a pump capacity of at least 1,000 litres per minute, a water tank of at least 1,000 litres and a foam concentrate tank of at least 100 litres. The specified warning and communication equipment, safety devices, work lighting, equipment compartments, winch and towing arrangements, and controls and indicators for monitoring water and foam levels are also required. The detailed dimensions and equipment must meet the technical specification in the tender documents. The supplier must provide a warranty of at least 3 months for the vehicle and against body corrosion perforation; the warranty period must equal the statutory liability period for defects. Delivery is due within 30 days of contract signature, and the vehicle must have at least one-quarter of a tank of fuel at handover. The supplier must provide the registration certificate, valid third-party liability insurance, two sets of keys, operating and service manuals, and the CNBOP approval certificate if one was issued. The supplier must provide free vehicle-operation training for the buyer’s representatives. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish with the offer form and a declaration concerning exclusion grounds. No separate bidder qualification conditions, tender guarantee or performance security are required.
