Cleaning services for cultural facilities in Brwinów

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning services at six locations operated by the Gminny Ośrodek Kultury cultural centre for 12 months, planned to start in January 2027 and continue through 31 December 2027. The lots cover the Culture Palace at Pałacowa 1 in Brwinów; the “Domek” community centre in Domaniewo; the “Owca” community centre in Owczarnia; the community centre at Piłsudskiego 55 in Kanie; the Cultural Clinic at Wiejska 1 in Otrębusy; and the “Wilsonowska” Social Activity Centre at Wilsona 2 in Brwinów. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. Each lot requires a separate gross monthly price and a 12-month total; price is the sole award criterion and accounts for 100% of the score. The bidder must be entered in the relevant business register and, for each lot, demonstrate at least two office-cleaning services performed or ongoing in the last three years. Each service must have been provided continuously for at least three months and have a gross value of at least PLN 15,000. The same two services may support qualification for multiple lots. Staff performing cleaning duties must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract and paid at least the minimum wage in force when work begins. Before service starts, and no later than three days after signing the contract, the contractor must submit a cleaning schedule for each lot for approval, a list of cleaning products and the required evidence of employment.
