Supply of a new minibus for up to nine people, including the driver, for the Przerośl volunteer fire brigade

The contract is for the supply of one new minibus, manufactured in 2026, for the Przerośl volunteer fire brigade, with seating for up to nine people including the driver. Delivery is due by 20 November 2026. The vehicle must be unused, undamaged, approved for lawful road use and suitable for emergency-service use. The supplier must provide all documents and equipment needed for lawful operation and train two people appointed by the contracting authority to use the vehicle. The minimum technical requirements include a payload of at least 800 kg, a maximum vehicle gross weight of 3,500 kg, nine seats and a permitted gross combination weight of up to 5,200 kg. The vehicle must have a diesel engine of at least 1,900 cc and 160 hp, meet Euro 6 emissions requirements and have a fuel tank of at least 65 litres. It must have a nine-speed automatic transmission and 4×2 or 4×4 drive. Required equipment includes air conditioning for the driver and passengers, navigation, two sets of wheels of at least 17 inches with summer and winter tyres and pressure sensors, removable second- and third-row seats, safety and parking-assistance systems, emergency-vehicle warning lights and siren, and a VHF radio meeting specified parameters. The vehicle must have a warranty of at least 36 months with no mileage limit, and free chassis inspections for at least 36 months. The bidder must demonstrate experience of at least one delivery of a minibus, van or bus worth at least PLN 120,000 gross during the previous three years and provide a delivery list and evidence of proper performance. The offer must include the completed technical-parameters form and required declarations. Price accounts for 60% of the score and warranty for 40%: 36 months earns 0 points, more than 36 and up to at least 48 months earns 20 points, and more than 48 and up to at least 60 months earns 40 points. No bid security is required; partial and variant offers are not permitted.
