Care services for MOPS Myslowice clients in 2027

Summary

The contract concerns the provision of home-based care services for clients of MOPS Myslowice in 2027. Services include assistance with daily living activities, hygienic care, nurse-ordered care within non-specialist scope, and facilitating social contacts. Services are provided on weekdays, holidays, and outside normal hours from 6:00 to 22:00. Estimated total hours are about 21,000 per year (approximately 1,750 per month) with a possible +/-30% adjustment. The bidder must ensure a qualified team: a Service Coordinator with at least a secondary education and 3 years of experience in coordinating such services; Polish language proficiency (spoken and written) for the coordinator; at least 20 care workers with appropriate qualifications; at least one worker with Polish Sign Language (PJM) or Sign Language System (SJM); all personnel must have first aid and occupational safety training (BHP); the bidder must have experience under at least two separate contracts lasting at least 12 months and each with a gross value of at least PLN 500,000; Annex 2a (additional experience) and Annex 5 (staff) and Annex 6 (service list) must be provided; a 7-day-a-week contact number (6:00–22:00) must be available.
