Summary

This procurement concerns the delivery of equipment for IT infrastructure for the Witold Gombrowicz Voivodeship Public Library in Kielce. The contract is divided into seven lots: Part 1–2 Desktop computers; Part 3 Monitors; Part 4 Fibre Channel switch; Part 5 Server; Part 6 Scanner; Part 7 Laser printer. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the ezamowienia platform. For each part, a Technical Form (Attachment 8 to the SWZ) and additional documents are required (e.g., PassMark results, product catalogs or official documents, energy efficiency labels/EPREL, RoHS/REACH/WEEE, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, minimum warranty of 36 months). Award criteria are price (60%) and time-shortening (40%). The submission deadline is 02.10.2026 at 09:00; opening at 11:00 on 02.10.2026.
