Summary

The tender concerns adapting Bohaterów Akcji V2 Primary School in Sarnaki to create an emergency shelter (MDS). The contractor must perform a construction inventory, a technical expert assessment, and prepare design-cost documentation for the adaptation, with two stages: Stage I – inventory and assessment; Stage II – architectural/structural/installation design, cost estimation and related documentation.
