Summary

The contract concerns delivery and installation of kitchen equipment for the Domu Pomocy Społecznej in Prószków. The supplier must deliver, unload, install, connect, commission and test the equipment, and train staff. They must provide user manuals in Polish, warranty cards, CE declarations and technical documentation, arrange packaging disposal, and perform manufacturer-required maintenance during the warranty period. All devices must be new, unused, without defects, produced within the last 12 months, approved for EU market, and comply with sanitary requirements for mass catering. Alternative solutions may be allowed as per the SWZ.
