Protective work clothing for the police medical internal service

Summary

The tender covers the supply of work clothing for approximately 206 employees of the police medical internal service. Each employee must receive at least 5 dark-blue short-sleeved polo shirts, 3 pairs of white trousers and 2 dark-blue sweatshirt jackets in sizes XS–3XL. The clothing must comply with the specified standards, be washable at a minimum of 60 °C, and the initial outfitting must be completed within 4 weeks after contract conclusion. The bid must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 12:00; alternative bids are not permitted. Up to five bidders shortlisted on the basis of total prices must provide samples, which will be assessed during a one-day workshop using an evaluation matrix.
