Replacement of heat sources in buildings administered by Nadleśnictwo Gidle

Summary

This tender concerns the replacement of heat sources in three buildings administered by Nadleśnictwo Gidle: Part 1 in the Nadleśnictwo Gidle headquarters, Part 2 in the residential building belonging to Nadleśnictwo Gidle, and Part 3 in Sowin Nursery Farm building. The works are construction-type and must be carried out in accordance with the SWZ and the Construction Documentation (STWiORB and Przedmiar). The contractor must have relevant prior experience (last 5 years) with central heating works of at least the specified value for each part (Part 1: PLN 50,000; Part 2: PLN 20,000; Part 3: PLN 30,000). A site manager with appropriate qualifications is required for each part. The contract requires employment of workers under an employment contract for construction activities. The total bid price for each part must be provided, and the award will combine price (60%) and warranty extension (40%). Works must be completed within 30 days per part. The minimum warranty period is 36 months, with longer periods receiving more points (48 months = 20 points; 60 months = 40 points).
