Modernization of the drainage system, execution of hydro-insulation and water drainage, and connection to the municipal storm sewer network in Krasnystaw

Summary

The tender concerns modernization of the drainage system, hydro-insulation, water drainage, and the construction of a connection to the municipal storm sewer network for the Administrative Center of Care and Educational Institutions at Mickiewicza 1, Krasnystaw. The works must be completed within 45 days from contract signing. The bidder must demonstrate, for the last five years, at least two construction projects: (a) at least one project involving a stormwater or sanitary sewer connection or reconstruction with a value of at least PLN 200,000; (b) at least one project involving hydro-insulation of foundation walls with a value of at least PLN 100,000. Additionally, the bidder must have at least two key personnel: a Construction Manager with appropriate licenses for structural-construction works and a Works Manager with licenses for installation or sewer works. The contract is fixed-price, and the warranty period is between 36 and 60 months.
