Renovation works in empty residential units (8 units)

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works in eight residential units located in the Bielany district of Warsaw. The works include replacement of windows and doors, floor replacement, plastering and finishing, updating water and sewer installations and electrical installations. All works must be performed in accordance with the technical specification and the designed contract terms. The bidder is expected to have at least two full-time personnel (including a project manager and a site manager) and one qualified construction supervisor; the works are to be carried out by a single general contractor. The estimated contract value is PLN 428,762.39 gross, with completion by 21 December 2026.
