Winter maintenance services for county roads in the Michałowo and Zabłudów areas during the 2026–2027 season

The tender concerns winter maintenance services for approximately 230.46 km of county roads in the Michałowo and Zabłudów areas during the 2026–2027 winter season. The work includes snow clearance and ice control under the fifth winter maintenance standard, with the contracting authority providing three snowploughs, three spreaders and the sand-salt mixture. The contract is to run from signature until 30 April 2027, subject to weather conditions and call-outs. The contractor must have at least three suitable vehicles with drivers, three GPS-enabled smartphones and one backhoe loader with an operator. The fastest scored option is readiness within 60 minutes; 90 minutes receives 20 points and 120 minutes receives 0 points. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide paid third-party liability insurance with coverage at least equal to the gross contract remuneration. The bidder must also comply with the employment-on-an-employment-contract requirement for the winter maintenance coordinator and personnel operating the snow-clearing and spreading equipment, subject to the stated exception for self-employed persons.
