Collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties in the Przedecz Municipality in 2027

Summary

The tender covers municipal waste collection, transport and management from inhabited properties in the Przedecz Municipality during 2027, excluding waste from non-residential properties. The service includes mixed and separately collected waste, provision and maintenance of bins and containers, operation of the permanent selective waste collection point, preparation and delivery of collection schedules, and delivery of waste to legally appropriate recovery, treatment or disposal facilities. The service area includes approximately 130 km of roads. The contractor must provide colour-coded bags to single-family households, supply suitable containers, adjust container capacity when requested within 30 days, replace damaged equipment at its own cost, and collect waste between 07:00 and 20:00. The contract period is 1 January to 31 December 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the score and an environmental criterion carries 40%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The bidder must also meet the participation conditions specified in section 8 of the tender specifications and submit the required declarations and evidence.
