Light special firefighting vehicle for transporting 9 persons including the driver – OSP Tuszyn

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of a single, new, light special firefighting vehicle for transporting 9 people including the driver to the OSP Tuszyn. The vehicle must meet safety, technical and functional requirements described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and tender documents, and will be supplied with the equipment specified in the OPZ and the supplier’s offer. The project is financed by the Main Command of the State Fire Service (PSP) and the Gmina Tuszyn. The price is fixed (lump-sum) and the contract covers all costs. Delivery must be completed by 23 December 2026, with final technical acceptance performed (two copies) and delivery of required documentation (including two sets of keys, user manuals in Polish, warranty and service books, homologation certificate, and registration-ready paperwork). The supplier may perform the work entirely in-house or with subcontractors, and will provide training to the purchaser’s representatives at handover. The contract includes warranty terms (mechanical, paint, and body perforation) and conditions for acceptance, invoicing, and payment at 14 days after proper invoicing.
