The contract covers three hotel-night blocks: 44 single rooms for Oct 20–21, 49 single rooms for Oct 21–22, and 47 single rooms for Oct 22–23; breakfast is included as a buffet with beverages; every room must have a private bathroom; the hotel must be within 1.5 km of the Museum; parking for guests; options for early check-in and baggage storage; at least one accessible room; if the required number of single rooms is not available, one person may be accommodated in a double room for exclusive use, billed at the single-room rate; the price will be the only award criterion.
