Accommodation and catering services abroad

Summary

The tender concerns provision of accommodation and catering services abroad in Leptokaria, Greece, for two groups of participants during 12–23 October 2026. The contractor must arrange lodging for all participants in a single, functioning hotel with a minimum 4-star standard, and provide three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Group I comprises 36 participants (33 students + 3 supervisors) and Group II comprises 33 participants (30 students + 3 supervisors). All participants must be accommodated in the same hotel. The contract covers the planning and delivery of the service, and pricing must be all-inclusive according to the offer form. The Erasmus+ project funds the contract.
