Procurement of liquid fuels, car accessories and vehicle washing in a cashless fleet card system

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of liquid fuels, car accessories and vehicle washing services provided in a cashless fleet card system for the needs of the Wojewódzkie Biuro Geodezji i Urządzania Terenów Rolnych w Lublinie. The contract covers delivery of fuels (gasoline 98 and 95, diesel) and LPG, as well as car accessories up to a specified limit, and vehicle washing. It includes provisioning of fleet cards (26 for vehicles and multiple universal cards), and access to a national network of fueling stations (not less than 150 stations countrywide; at least one 24-hour fueling point in Lublin, Biała Podlaska, Chełm and Zamość; temporary hours may be adjusted to 06:00–22:00). The arrangement also contemplates Jal (jerry-can) use and a total accessories budget of 25,000 PLN. The order is for 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. Payment terms and procurement logistics are defined in the SWZ. The scoring criteria emphasize price and network coverage among others. The winner will be required to supply and manage the described network and card system under the specified terms.
