Preparation and distribution of hot meals to authorized clients

Summary

This tender concerns the preparation and distribution of hot meals to authorized clients of the Żoliborz district social welfare center, to be provided at the contractor’s dining facility in Warsaw based on meal cards. The contract runs for 12 months from 2 November 2026 to 31 October 2027 or until the contract value is exhausted. The estimated volume is 43,200 hot meals (approximately 200 meals per day) for about 200 people daily. Meals will be prepared and served in one or two contractor-owned dining facilities located in Żoliborz near public transport, with about 90% consumed on site and 10% taken away. The contractor must provide compostable or biodegradable disposable tableware meeting EN 13432 or EN 14995 standards. Meals will be served seven days a week (except public holidays) and must consist of two courses (soup and a main course). The service window should be at least 4 hours per day, preferably 12:00–17:00, and the monthly menu must be agreed in advance. The meals must be prepared from wholesome ingredients and align with nutritional standards, and the contractor must comply with all food safety and hygienic requirements and employ staff under proper employment contracts. The contract also covers invoicing, quality control, and remedies if performance is deficient.
