Purchase of a quartermaster vehicle for Rokitno Volunteer Fire Department

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of a brand-new quartermaster minibus for the Rokitno Volunteer Fire Department. The supplier must provide a warranty package (24 months) and a service package for 5 years or 160,000 km, with a 3-year paint warranty and a 12-year anti-corrosion warranty. The vehicle will be delivered to the purchaser’s premises, with documentation in Polish and the contract allowed to be amended under a warranty framework. The procurement is financed by the state budget and the Rokitno Commune budget. The bid evaluation awards 60% to price and 40% to delivery time (up to 60 days).
