Summary
The contract concerns the redesign of a toilet room to be accessible for people with disabilities and the adaptation of external doors to be usable by people with disabilities in the City Hall building of Gniezno. It is a design-and-build project, requiring the contractor to cover the full spectrum from pre-design, architectural and multi-disciplinary engineering design, to execution and handover. The works include obtaining necessary permits (including heritage conservation approvals), coordinating with the Municipal Conservator of Monuments, preparing detailed executive designs, cost estimates and documentation, performing tests and commissioning, and delivering as-built documentation. The project must be completed by 22 December 2026. The programme is partially funded under the Dostępny samorząd 2.0 framework. Bidders must comply with qualification and exclusion requirements as set out in the SWZ, and the contract contemplates performance on a building protected as a historic site with associated oversight.
