Provision of preparation, delivery and serving of prophylactic meals for TESKO employees

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of preparation, delivery and serving of prophylactic meals for TESKO employees for the period from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. The contract price is based on a price per meal, with a total guaranteed range of 5,000 to 9,000 meals over the contract term. Meals will be delivered to two locations in Zakopane (Szymony 17A and Wojdyły 25, Olcza). The supplier must ensure meal quality, safety and nutritional requirements, provide allergen information, and maintain a varied menu, while complying with all food safety regulations set out in the SWZ. The bid must include evidence of relevant experience, a capable project team, transport capacity, and sanitation compliance; subcontracting is allowed under the terms of the SWZ. The Contractor will be paid for actually ordered and properly delivered meals, subject to daily orders and verification by the Ordering Entity.
