Summary

Delivery of medicinal products to a hospital under nine lots; the contract covers nine parts comprising various medicines. The supplier must deliver the products at their own cost and risk to the hospital’s pharmacy warehouse (Młyńska 5, 33-300 Nowy Sącz). Standard delivery within 24 hours after the order is placed; urgent delivery within 12 hours if the order falls on a day off or Saturday. Medicines must have EAN codes and at least 12 months of shelf life at delivery. The price must not exceed the funding limit published by the Ministry of Health, and the drug must be listed in the Ministry’s refund list. GIF notices of any withdrawals or suspensions may be requested, and product data sheets may be requested. The procurement documents (SWZ) are attached as Annex 5. The bid deadline is 28 September 2026 at 08:00 and opening at 08:30 on the same day.
