Delivery of brand-new teaching aids to selected schools in the Gmina Wrocław and Gmina Kobierzyce, divided into five tasks. The contract covers delivery, installation and commissioning at each school, and includes supporting services such as training (minimum 2 hours) for school staff, transport, and removal of resulting waste. Bids may be submitted for any combination of tasks up to all five parts. The evaluation will be based on price (60%) and delivery timing (40%). The procurement is funded by the European Union under the Dolny Śląsk educational program. Communications with the contracting authority are conducted electronically via the Platforma e-Zamówienia. Goods must be new, comply with applicable safety and technical standards, and be accompanied by required documentation and warranties. Payment is due by 30 days after delivery and acceptance, with deliveries to be made on business days between 8:00 and 15:00. The contract may be amended under specified conditions and is not subject to advance payments or bid security.
