Social Premium – for the development of social services in Choszczeński County and actions to develop foster care

Summary

The tender concerns five separate lots for specialized services to support foster care in Powiat Choszczeński under the grant project “Premia Społeczna.” The supplier will provide: I) psychological services (tests, opinions, counseling and therapy, psychophysical child diagnoses, and participation in assessment teams); II) educational/pedagogical services (consultations, guidance, psychophysical diagnostics, and participation in case-review teams); III) training for prospective foster parents (programs aligned with ministerial approvals); IV) training and workshops for functioning foster families (six stationary trainings/workshops plus four weekend retreats for foster caregivers); V) two 7-day sociod therapeutic retreats for children in foster care, including transport, lodging, meals, staff and medical coverage. Each part is priced separately and managed under SWZ/OPZ with flexible scheduling according to needs and project timelines through May 30, 2029. The supplier must provide qualified personnel with required experience, evidence of qualifications, and adhere to child protection rules; participation may involve partial bids across parts I–V, with separate evaluation per part.
