Delivery of apples, plums and pears

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of apples, plums and pears to Uzdrowisko-Rabka S.A. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 apples; Lot 2 plums and pears. The contract will run from 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. Deliveries will occur twice weekly to Rabka-Zdrój facilities. The products must meet quality and safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP) and be legally marketable, with a minimum shelf life of 5 days. The price is a major award criterion, weighting 60%, with other criteria including payment terms (30/45/60 days) and a minimum single delivery value of 400–500 PLN. Price adjustments are allowed under the applicable regulations. Bids must be prepared according to the SWZ.
