Modernization of the land and building register

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the land and buildings register (EGiB) for obręb 0013 Czaplinek, Góra Kalwaria, Piaseczyński. The works include data collection and updating, boundary delineation and geodetic surveys, data integration, and the preparation of an updated operational and cartographic dataset. The project is divided into three stages: Stage I 3 months, Stage II 9 months, Stage III 12 months, with an overall completion planned by 31 December 2027. The contract is awarded under the open procedure without negotiations; subcontracting is allowed; payments will be made via the KSeF system; price is the award criterion (the sole criterion).
