Preparation of valuation reports – Part VI (6 tasks)

Summary

The procurement covers the preparation of real-estate valuation reports in six lots for the Municipality of Tarnow. The assignments include valuations of land and property rights, land-use easements and other valuation purposes described in the tender documents. Depending on the lot, the contractor must inspect the property, prepare an inspection report, include at least two photographs measuring at least 9 x 13 cm in each report, provide one printed copy of each report, and update or confirm the validity of the report where required during the 12-month period after preparation. The contract period is 21 days. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and price is the only award criterion. Bids and required documents must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform in Polish by 25 September 2026.
