Laundry and dry-cleaning services for uniform supplies for 13 WOG in 2027 – case no. 78/2026

Summary

The tender concerns laundry and dry-cleaning services for uniform supplies for 13 WOG in 2027, including washing, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning and disinfection, minor repairs, drying, sorting, folding and packaging. The estimated basic scope is approximately 25,000 kg of washing without finishing, 35,000 kg of washing with starching, mangling or ironing, 5,000 kg of dry cleaning and 3,000 pairs of shoes. The contracting authority may increase the quantities under an option, within the maximum value specified in the contract, with at least 14 days’ written notice. Services will be performed for 362 days at five specified military facilities. Bids must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 00:00, in Polish, and the price is the only award criterion with a weighting of 100%. The bidder must meet the experience, transport, quality, environmental, biological contamination control, insurance and employment requirements described below.
