Investor supervision service for the comprehensive modernization of the roof of the former Roger’s Hospital office building in Rudy

Summary

The procurement concerns investor supervision for the comprehensive modernization of the roof and lightning-protection system of the listed former Roger’s Hospital, now an office building of the Silesian Landscape Parks Regional Office in Rudy. The service covers construction and electrical supervision, review of design documentation, monitoring of materials, quality, schedule and costs, participation in site meetings, verification of as-built documentation and final settlement. The service runs from contract signature until final acceptance and settlement of the works; the planned duration of the construction works is 13 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 October 2026 at 10:00 and must be signed with a qualified electronic signature, a trusted signature or a personal signature. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the experience of the nominated construction inspector (40%). No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
