Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the Iwicka Street facility into a police intervention techniques and tactics hall

Summary

The contract concerns preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for the reconstruction of rooms at the Iwicka Street facility into a hall for police intervention techniques and tactics, together with author’s supervision during the construction works. The main design assignment is to be completed within 210 days. Author’s supervision may last up to 5 years after acceptance of the final design documentation and covers up to 20 supervision visits under the basic order plus up to 30 optional visits. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 00:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 4,000, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 3% of the gross value of the basic order. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, while the main designer’s relevant experience accounts for 40%.
