Preparation of the draft general plan for the Municipality of Staszów as part of the development of local spatial plans and the general plan

Summary

The tender concerns preparation of the general plan for the Municipality of Staszów, including the written and graphical justification, the full statutory planning procedure, digital spatial data, an environmental impact assessment forecast, and all documents required for adoption and publication. The plan covers approximately 226 km², excluding certain closed areas. The work must be completed in four stages within 18 months of contract signature: preliminary work and draft preparation within 4 months, opinions and agreements within 10 months, public consultation and consideration of comments within 15 months, and adoption and completion within 18 months.
