Insurance of the property and other interests of the City and Municipality of Mordy

Summary

The tender covers insurance services for the City and Municipality of Mordy in three lots. Lot 1 concerns all-risks property insurance, all-risks electronic equipment insurance and liability insurance. Lot 2 covers compulsory motor third-party liability insurance, Green Card insurance, motor casco insurance, accident insurance for drivers and passengers, and extended and mini assistance services. Lot 3 covers accident insurance for volunteer firefighters, village heads and tax collectors. Tenders may be submitted for all three lots. The contracts run for 36 months; the insurance period for Lot 1 is 14 October 2026 to 13 October 2029. The contracting authority may exercise an option of up to EUR 50,000 in Lots 1 and 2 and up to EUR 5,000 in Lot 3, and may also reduce the scope by up to 20%. The evaluation criteria are price weighted at 85% and additional clauses at 15% for Lot 1, and price weighted at 90% and additional clauses at 10% for Lots 2 and 3.
