Design and installation of a video surveillance system with fire hazard detection
Summary
The tender concerns the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a video surveillance system for approximately 3.5 hectares of the Kurpie open-air museum. The system must include approximately 60–64 cameras, including three thermal cameras for fire hazard detection, perimeter protection of the entire site, five IP speakers, real-time alarm transmission to an external monitoring centre, at least one hour of backup power and retention of recordings for at least 30 days. The works also include preparing the design, underground cabling, heritage protection approvals, staff training and system integration. The works must be completed within eight weeks of contract signature and no later than 23 December 2026. The tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60 points and the warranty period carries 40 points. Participation requires a mandatory site visit, at least two relevant previous contracts and a team with the required telecommunications and electrical qualifications. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the tender price.
