Comprehensive cleaning maintenance and supplementary services for residential housing stock and adjoining external areas

Summary

The tender covers indoor cleaning of the contracting authority's residential housing stock, maintenance of adjoining external areas and related supplementary services, including street cleaning, weed removal and snow removal. The contract will run for 17 months, tenders may not be submitted by lots, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bidders must have the required experience in at least three multi-apartment buildings comprising at least 100 dwelling units in total and have access to at least one compliant self-propelled snow-removal machine with a driver's seat.
